Dwayne Gillis will fight for our communities while helping families get their loved ones the help they need.

Competitive teacher pay helps attract and keep quality educators, reduces turnover, and allows teachers to focus on teaching—not struggling to make ends meet. Investing in education means investing in accountability, local control, and the professionals who stand in front of our kids every day.
